Property Maintenance Assistant

Location: Oldmeldrum, Aberdeenshire (travel across Aberdeenshire required)

Activus Recruitment is working on behalf of a well‑established business based in Aberdeenshire to recruit a Property Maintenance Assistant to support day‑to‑day property upkeep across multiple sites.

The Role
This is a varied and hands‑on position, well suited to someone practical, adaptable, and comfortable working independently across different locations. Duties will include:

• Joinery works
• Painting and decorating
• General property maintenance and repairs
• Cleaning slabs and external surfaces
• Gritting public areas during winter months
• Gutter cleaning
• Tidying and maintaining small landscaped areas
• Supporting wider operational requirements as needed

Although the role is predominately based in Oldmeldrum, travel across Aberdeenshire will be required.

About You

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in a property maintenance or similar role
• The ability to turn your hand to a wide range of practical tasks
• A reliable, proactive, and flexible approach
• A full UK driving licence
