Activus Recruitment are working on behalf of a well-established, multi-disciplinary construction company based in Aberdeenshire to recruit a Property Maintenance Assistant to join their contracts team.

With over 30 years of industry experience, our client has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects across the UK. Specialising in concrete works, civil engineering, and main contracting, they are known for their reliability, technical expertise, and consistent project delivery across a diverse portfolio.

The Role

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone practical and adaptable. Duties will include:

• Joinery works

• Painting and decorating

• General property maintenance and repairs

• Cleaning slabs and external surfaces

• Gritting public areas during winter months

• Cleaning gutters

• Tidying and maintaining small landscaped areas

• Supporting the wider contracts team as required

Travel across Aberdeenshire will be required, although the role is based in Oldmeldrum.

About You

• Previous experience in a similar property maintenance role

• Ability to turn your hand to a wide range of tasks

• Practical, reliable, and proactive approach

• Full UK driving licence
