Laings are looking for a Front of House team leader/Customer Service Leader to start ASAP. This job is NOT to be posted on socials.

The timescale is flexible and all down to when we can find the right candidate. I cannot advertise the post so I am trying to find someone in the background but it is not an easy role to fill. The person in the role has been there 9 months and is not tech confident enough for the role unfortunately, however I cannot make a change until I have the right person.

The JD is attached. The general office management is listed 4th but this is a large part of the role, it is a varied role which needs to be responsive to demands of the Directors, The salary is £28k but I worry we will get the right person for this amount, we need someone who is strong customer facing, strong on tech, and a good PA, but is also willing to work every second weekend and is in it for the long term. Someone local would be best.

If we found the right person we could move quickly. Interviews would have to be out of hours.
