Part-Time Office Administrator

Needs to have strong attention to detail, consistently, maintaining a high level of accuracy, and over time help improve how they're doing things.
£14-17 per hour - do not advertise rate
This role will provide essential administrative and operational support across the business, covering construction, property, and general office functions. Key areas include inbox and communication management, finance and job admin (invoicing, POs, WFM/Xero support), supplier and subcontractor coordination, and client support.
The position will also support property administration (tenant invoicing, compliance tracking), general office upkeep, and light involvement in sales support, reporting, and scheduling.
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a small but busy business environment.
