Window & Door Sales Person / Team Lead

Location: Aberdeen (covering approx. 50-mile radius)
Uncapped earnings:  100% commission + team bonus
Flexible working hours, can include evenings and weekends.

Activus Recruitment are working with a client in the glazing industry who are looking to appoint an experienced Window & Door Sales Person / Team Lead to join their team.

This is a hands-on role combining personal sales performance with the opportunity to support and drive a sales team.

The Role

• Generate new business within the domestic market
• Attend customer appointments and deliver tailored solutions
• Manage your own pipeline and maximise conversions
• Support and motivate the sales team
• Help drive overall team performance and results
• Cover a local area within approximately 50 miles

What we’re looking for

• Sales experience required (window & door sales desirable)
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Comfortable working in a commission-only structure
• Leadership ability or potential to guide a team
• Full UK driving licence
