General Operatives

Location: Inverness
Contract Type: Permanent 

Activus Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading construction contractor for General Operatives to join their team working on projects across the Highlands.

This is a varied, hands-on role supporting site teams throughout all stages of construction. You'll assist with general site duties, material handling, site logistics, traffic management, maintaining safe working areas and ensuring high standards of health and safety.

We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals with previous construction experience and a flexible approach to work.

Plant operators are also encouraged to apply. Candidates with tickets such as Telehandler, Traffic Marshal/Banksman or other plant qualifications will undertake both plant operation and general operative duties as required and will be paid at the appropriate higher rate.

• Previous construction site experience
• CSCS Card (preferred)
• Strong awareness of health and safety
• Reliable team player with a flexible attitude
• Plant tickets are advantageous but not essential
