Account Manager – Commercial Cleaning Services
Location: Crawley, Croydon, Coulsdon, Brighton, Pulborough
Salary: Circa £30,000 (with raise after probation)
Package: Company car, iPad, phone | 40 hours per week (occasional weekend work)

Activus Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a leading UK commercial cleaning contractor, known for delivering high-quality services to blue-chip clients, retailers, and industrial sites.

We’re looking for a hands-on Account Manager to oversee cleaning operations and build strong client relationships across the region. You’ll lead site teams, ensure service quality, and support recruitment, training, and compliance.

About the Role:
You’ll manage a portfolio of cleaning contracts, carrying out regular site visits, quality audits, and client meetings. The role includes supporting and training cleaning teams, ensuring sites are fully staffed and compliant, and maintaining high standards of health and safety. Occasional hands-on cleaning may be required.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in cleaning management or a similar service-led role is highly desirable

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail

• Flexibility to meet business needs, including occasional weekend work

• Full UK driving licence
