We’re looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to support two exciting and fast-growing businesses based at the client's Thainstone office. This is a flexible, part-time role that offers the opportunity to grow with the companies, with working hours likely to increase over time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General office administration and support for both businesses
  • Managing and updating financial records using Resolute or Xero
  • Maintaining and updating company websites (basic CMS knowledge preferred)
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers
  • Helping to streamline processes and improve organisation
  • Supporting marketing and social media activity where needed

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in an admin or office support role
  • Confident with digital tools and systems (especially Xero or Resolute)
  • Organised, reliable and adaptable
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to manage tasks across two different business areas
  • Ideally speaks a second language (not essential)
