We’re looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to support two exciting and fast-growing businesses based at the client's Thainstone office. This is a flexible, part-time role that offers the opportunity to grow with the companies, with working hours likely to increase over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- General office administration and support for both businesses
- Managing and updating financial records using Resolute or Xero
- Maintaining and updating company websites (basic CMS knowledge preferred)
- Liaising with clients and suppliers
- Helping to streamline processes and improve organisation
- Supporting marketing and social media activity where needed
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in an admin or office support role
- Confident with digital tools and systems (especially Xero or Resolute)
- Organised, reliable and adaptable
- Great communication skills
- Ability to manage tasks across two different business areas
- Ideally speaks a second language (not essential)
