Office Administrator – Part-Time (with Growth Potential)
Location: Thainstone Offices, Inverurie
Working Hours: Flexible, part-time (with potential to increase as businesses grow)

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to support two exciting and fast-growing businesses based at the client's Thainstone office. This is a flexible, part-time role that offers the opportunity to grow with the companies, with working hours likely to increase over time.
General office administration and support for both businesses
Managing and updating financial records using Resolute or Xero
Maintaining and updating company websites (basic CMS knowledge preferred)
Liaising with clients and suppliers
Helping to streamline processes and improve organisation
Supporting marketing and social media activity where needed
Previous experience in an admin or office support role
Confident with digital tools and systems (especially Xero or Resolute)
Organised, reliable and adaptable
Great communication skills
Ability to manage tasks across two different business areas
Ideally speaks a second language (not essential)
