This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected contractor and take on a Working Joiner Supervisor role, where you’ll combine hands-on joinery with site management across exciting projects throughout the UK.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Working Joiner Supervisor to oversee teams and deliver joinery works to the highest standards. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to exacting quality.

Key Duties

  • Supervising and managing staff and subcontractors on-site.

  • Carrying out a range of joinery tasks, including First and Second Fix Joinery.

  • Ordering and managing materials to meet project requirements.

  • Ensuring all necessary plant and equipment are arranged and available.

  • Working to programmes and deadlines, ensuring projects run smoothly.

  • Implementing and maintaining all health and safety requirements.

  • Conducting quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.

Personal Requirements

  • Extensive joinery experience (essential).

  • Proven supervisory experience with excellent management skills.

  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to interpret and work from construction drawings.

  • Relevant certifications: CSCS/SMSTS or SSSTS.

  • First Aid Certification (essential).

  • Full, clean UK driving licence.

  • Flexibility and willingness to travel nationwide.
