Activus Recruitment is delighted to be working on behalf of a well-established, multi-disciplinary construction company who are seeking a Groundworks Supervisor to join their site team in Dundee.

The Role

As Groundworks Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring all groundworks activities are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate site teams, liaise with management, and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate groundworks operatives and subcontractors on site

• Ensure works are carried out in line with project specifications, drawings, and deadlines

• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Site/Project Manager

• Assist with problem-solving and provide technical guidance where required

• Maintain accurate site records, including timesheets, deliveries, and daily diaries

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Groundworks Supervisor (or similar role)

• Strong knowledge of groundworks, drainage, foundations, and concrete works

• SSSTS/SMSTS certification (essential)

• Valid CSCS card (essential)

• First Aid qualification (preferred)

• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
