Working Concrete Supervisor – Rosyth / Central Belt & Northern England

Activus Recruitment are supporting a well-established civil engineering and concrete contractor with the recruitment of an experienced Working Concrete Supervisor for a permanent role based from their Rosyth office, covering projects across the Central Belt of Scotland and Northern England.

With over 30 years' experience delivering concrete works and civil engineering projects, our client has built an excellent reputation for quality and reliability. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced concrete squad with a strong pipeline of long-term work.

The Role

This is a hands-on position where you'll lead and work alongside an established concrete squad, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising and working alongside the concrete squad
• Checking site conditions before concrete pours
• Completing pre-pour inspections and paperwork
• Monitoring the quality of pours and finished works
• Scheduling concrete deliveries
• Organising labour, plant, and materials
• Liaising with site management and reporting progress
• Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained

Requirements

• Experience as a Working Concrete Supervisor or Foreman
• Working from the Rosyth, Fife office
• Strong knowledge of concrete works and quality control
• Ability to read construction drawings
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• Valid CSCS Card
• Full UK Driving Licence
• First Aid at Work (advantageous)
