Operating across the country, they deliver high-quality screeding solutions on projects ranging from small house extensions to large-scale commercial office developments spanning multiple floors.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and driven professional to join their growing team as a Sales Advisor / Estimator, playing a key role in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across a range of sectors.

• Prepare accurate estimates and quotations in line with client requirements.

• Deliver first-class customer service and support throughout the sales process.

• Work closely with management and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• Manage projects from enquiry through to completion, ensuring smooth delivery.

About You:

• Proven track record in sales, estimating, or business development.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal direction.

• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer care.

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
