Activus Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for two motivated Livery Assistants to join a large, well-established livery yard based just outside Banchory. These positions are available for an immediate start.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity to join a hardworking, supportive team within a clean, well-maintained livery environment. No previous horse experience is required—you will not be handling horses. Instead, your main duties will include:

• Mucking out stables

• General tidying and cleanliness of the barn

• Assisting with day-to-day tasks around the livery yard

• Supporting the wider team to maintain high standards across the site

The role is based indoors within stable facilities, making it ideal for winter conditions.

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and motivated individuals with a strong work ethic

• Ability to work well as part of a large, friendly team

• Good attention to detail, particularly with cleanliness and organisation

• Full UK driving licence (essential due to rural location)

• References required
