Activus Recruitment are assisting our client, an established house building company, seek an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a full-time, permanent role based in Mintlaw, Aberdeenshire.
- Salary negotiable
- Degree qualified preferrable
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Previous experience in housebuilding desirable
- Competent is using excel and cost reporting software
- Have sound construction knowledge and an analytical mind
- Preparation of subcontracts, valuations, targets, cost reports and reconciliation of valuations.
